Phase I - Weight Loss
(getting where you need to be)

In this phase of your program, you will be offered a choice of nutritionally sound
programs specifically designed to help you burn fat while protecting
the rest of your body.

In addition, daily exercise will be discussed, with recommendations specific to your physical condition and time availability.

 

 Solutions will be offered to help you cope with emotional situations.

 

 

 Our mental programming will train you to
develop specific "instant rescue techniques"
to help you stick to your program during
difficult times.

 

Phase II - Stabilization / Long TermMaintenance

 
After reaching your optimal weight, you enter the phase aimed at teaching you how to keep the excess weight off for good.

 

In Phase II you will continue to develop new strategies for success, while implementing and refining those acquired in Phase I.

We will work with you to develop a new "set point", an element that is believed
to help you maintain your weight automatically over the long term.

You will complete Phase II over a two year period. When you master this
exciting component of your program you will have the "key to freedom"
for  lasting weight control.
